Hand us the apartment as it is. Our in-house design team plans the renovation, our team executes it. From the structural fixes the place has needed for years, down to the lighting, the textiles, the finishes.

If the collaboration reaches its long-term target, the renovation is on us. The apartment stays transformed, with you, after. It is the only renovation deal of its kind on the market, and it sits at the centre of the Everlease pitch.
