Menara IX
The Menara neighbourhood stretches along the southwestern edge of Marrakech, where the ancient Menara Gardens — with their iconic 12th-century pavilion reflected in a vast olive-tree-shaded irrigation basin — create one of the city's most serene and iconic landscapes. The area offers a calmer, more residential character than the bustling medina, with wider streets and a quieter pace of life, while remaining easily accessible to both the souks and the modern amenities of Gueliz. The backdrop of the Atlas Mountains, often snow-capped in winter, frames the neighbourhood with extraordinary natural beauty. The surrounding area is dotted with traditional hammams, local markets and gardens that evoke the timeless beauty of Moroccan landscape design.

Discover Marrakech.
Menara IX sits in Marrakech, where the rose-coloured walls of the Medina enclose a thousand-year-old city of riads, souks and gardens. Each riad is a quiet, courtyard-centred world; a few steps outside, the souks of Djemaa el-Fna and the spice markets carry the city's other rhythm. The Atlas mountains rise on the horizon, the palmeraie to the north, and the new districts of Guéliz and Hivernage extend the cosmopolitan thread westward. Menara IX is anchored inside that geography.
