Grimaldi II se trouve dans la Principauté de Monaco, deux kilomètres carrés de grandeur concentrée sur la Côte d'Azur. Le port de plaisance, le Casino, le circuit du Grand Prix et les rochers au-dessus de la Méditerranée donnent le rythme du calendrier.
